We’re looking for a part-time Online Sales Associate to handle listings, customer communication, and shipping for our refurbished photo gear business.

Position Title: Online Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love photography gear? We’re a small team refurbishing and reselling photo equipment, and we’re looking for someone to help us manage online sales and connect with customers. If you want flexible hours and a fun work environment, this might be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:

  • Post and sell gear on our website and platforms like eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace and more.

  • Photograph items and write clear, honest, and appealing descriptions.

  • Clean, inspect, and test cameras and equipment before listing.

  • Respond to customer questions and messages.

  • Pack and ship orders with care.

  • Keep track of inventory and make sure listings stay up to date.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time: 9–20 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule:

    • Preferred: 3–5 hours per day, scheduled between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm

    • Required days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

    • Optional/Flexible days: Tuesday and Thursday

    • Pay: $15–$21/hour depending on experience

    • Room to grow into a full-time role with more responsibilities and benefits.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Comfortable using and handling photo gear (film or digital).

    • Tech-savvy and familiar with Macs, iPhones, and general online tools.

    • Strong attention to detail and task follow-through.

    • Good written communication and people skills.

    • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

    • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
